Michael potts was diagnosis with Motor Neurone Disease in february 2007.
On fathers day 2007 my family did a 10 mile work to raise money for the motor neurone disease.
we welcome any help to raise money and donations would be welcome

Dad...There has been at least a thousand times I've needed you, and a thousand more I've cried. If love alone could have saved you; You would have never died miss you and love you deeply, i no you are not on earth with me but in heaven i no you can see me and that me and andy are having a little baby boy due 17th june 2012 fathers day so you are going to be a grandad again i no you are not here to see him but i no you will be looking down from heaven watching over us and keeping us safe love you and miss you loads daughter laura, andy and grandson jordan xxxx
